Description:
Everyone with LMS coop 1.0 needs to please download this Patch, whether you are on Windows, Linux, or Mac. Please place this in your in your doom3/lms_1.0 folder and extract the files.

This file will let mac users join your server and for to be able to join mac servers.

For mac users read the readme for more information.

NOTE TO MAC USERS:
We could use some assistance on getting the 2.0 Mac binary to compile. Please visit:

That is where we will be updating problems and progress on getting the 2.0 Mac binary compiled. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

	Readme File: For Windows, Linux and Mac Users: 1. Please place the game_lms102.pk4 in your doom3/lms_1.0 folder That's it for Windows and Linux users, now Mac users can join your server and they can join yours without a problem. How to load Last Man Standing 1.0 on Mac: 1. Unzip the Multiplatform version of LMS to your Doom 3 folder. (http://doom3.filefront.com/file/;45064) 2. Open the Terminal 3. Right or Control Click on Doom 3.app (the program) and select Show Package Contents and click on Contents, then Mac OS 4. Go into the console and drag Doom 3 (the one in the Mac OS folder in Doom 3.app) to the console window and drop it. 5. You should see some thing like this: /Applications/Doom\ 3/Doom\ 3.app/Contents/MacOS/Doom\ 3 type in "+set fs_game lms_1.0" (without the parenthesis) after you've dragged Doom 3 from the mentioned location and press enter. Mac support at last - thank you big grin

mac sucks sry but all it is.is just a rip off the window's (that's just my opinion)

u've never used 1. Theres a big difference.

Just a quick note to Datonis , Mac OS was around way before windows and it was windows that copied Mac OS.

I have never used the program and have always had a windows-based PC so I wouldnt say it "sucks balls" without actually using it. Many people around the world use Mac's with Mac OS so Im pretty darn certain it isnt as bad as you like to say it is.

mac is a far better os than windows. it just sucks at selling it . microsoft just ran a better business. I even have xp just cause it has a monopoly over everything else. Two Thumbs Down!

Neither OS is my highly optimized Gentoo installation...but I digress...

Anyway I'm happy to say that we've gotten no data not in sync complaints on our forum since the patch's release, so either people are reading the FAQ, word has gotten out about this patch...or dare I say it...both...

People buy Windows more then Mac because Mac sucks, and yes I've used Mac computers many times before and like most people use XP because its a much better easier and more efficient OS. No offence to Mac users of course.

The only good thing about Mac is that no one writes viruses for them.

Please, stop hijacking the comments into a mac vs. windows thread. EVERYONE who plays LMS needs the patch...

macs arnt as as good cos u cant modify them properly and microsoftr makes their programs for windows computer more than macs and macs have sh!t operating system. Two Thumbs Down!
