Description:
Are you looking for something that you, and at least one other person can do to kill time until Santa comes-a-calling? ...Or maby you and 15 of your closest friends are bored, and need a suitable diversion. If this is the case, then you need to look no further, aphexjh has sent in his newly created multiplayer map for your Doom 3 gaming enjoyment! This map will accommodate all of the multiplayer game modes, so, as long as you're a fan of the MP action, you'll enjoy this!

Coeptus is set within ta complex with several directions to choose from, and in the Doom 3 tradition, there are some dark ares...combine that with objects scattered around, and you have a pretty good place to stage an ambush... or an exceptable place with which to reload. All weapons are available, so let the frag-fest begin!

	Readme File: read me Map: Coeptus __________________... by aphexjh a.k.a John Henry ...______________ This is a multiplayer map designed for all multiplayer modes of play and contains all weapons. players 2-16 Install: put the zip folder (coeptus.pk4) in your doom 3 base folder. if you dont know where that is, its most likely in your program files, inside a folder called Doom 3. and then put it in the subfolder "base". When you've done this the path should read C:/Program Files/Doom 3/base/coeptus.pk4 (except the slashes will be backwards). agreement: This coeptus.pk4 is my creative property. Coeptus.pk4 and its contents are only permitted for inclusion in other works and/or redistribution with my written consent. You can contact me, for consent or other reasons, at: aphexjh(a)gmail.com

ok i know i took a little longer than i said, but it is done. I am still a little unsure about my item placement, so i view this as a work in progress, but a polished work at that.
Let me know what you think and i will make any desired changes/additions.

Tired of the single player mods

One of the best i have seen, i have put this map on the base directory so i can access it from any mod and i play it with bots and is awesome, good looking, scary... I like it very much, why you don't make a Single Player map, i think you can do very good work, please... Rock

I like the technique you need to get access to that BFG, and hiding the Invincibility!
Don't get caught doing it. A great set-up.

i was hoping you'd like that. also the snack machine despenses bfg ammo. oops.

Some doors have the lights RED (locked), but can be opened without pressing any GUI, so them should have the lights GREEN (unlocked).

Also some doors open too fast, a bit slowly maybe more real, anyway this are very small problems that don't change the playability and good looking of this amazing mp map ! Two Thumbs Up!

so as it turns out this map would be a chaotic bloodbath with more then 8 people.

players: 2-8 (and 8 might be pushing it)
