Description:
Here ya go guys! I know it was a while back, but here is that remake i promised! wink

This is a medium sized map, and if you take your time and look around it can take a while to play through. Some parts can be pretty difficult! Just wait till the ending! MAUAHHAHA

Anyway, The story goes as thus! A team of scientists went to study a recently uncovered Crypt! However after 2 days of them not being heard from, the authorities go in! Yet they mysteriously disapear! Everyone is too afraid to go in and look to see what happened, But not you! a lone marine sent on a mission to uncover the truth of the disappearances! As you enter the crypt the metal gate slams behind you and wont open! You must now fight your way to freedom! Many undead and demons will try to stop you, but if you play your cards right you may just survive!

PS: The idea and some of the aspects of the level were inspired by the RTCW crypt1 level (DUH) So, to these ideas I give full credit to ID Software, and i thank them for making in my opinion 2 of the ebst games ever, Doom3, and RTCW.

	Readme File: Map by The_Gman map development time 10 days (lol spent most of my free time on it) Installation: Place the PK4 into .../Doom3/base/ Run map : Open Doom3, at the menu bring up the console by holding ctrl + alt, and hit the ~ key then type map crypt2

but too short mad

It is a bit to short. but when i came up with the concept it thought it would take longer to play through. but its just to kill like 10 - 15 minutes of time, ya know? lol and dont cheat! lol

There's a 'barred'-gate. After going through it, there's a ledge which seems to have had a 'bridge' across to an other ledge leading to an other area. Elsewise, drop down off it to a pit which leads to a roundabout (and busy) path that...returns you back upstairs to this same...gate.

Can the broken-bridge spot be jumped? I sure can't make it.

Or...have I finished the game by merely returning here?

the way i did that was brush with the one side facing the gate with a clip texture, and the other with a nodraw, once you get back upstairs, do not go back accross the jump. go left, and there is a room with a plasma gun, (you'll need this) go forward and there is a hall way to the ending. And no the pit cannot be jumped, you fall down, and get attacked by i think its 6 zombies, cant remember. If you still cant figure it out, just Email me and i will send screens explaining. If you have infact made it to the end, with the 2 hell knights and the 2 cacodemons, simply walk to the door in the hellknight room, and that will end the level.
