Description:
//My first legitimate attempt at modding big grin

Nothing real special, just changes to the basic functional properties of the weapons including firing rate, magazine and max ammo sizes, damage and accuracy changes, and visual recoil reduction on a few guns.

Credit to Kamikazi Fred for the Pistol Burst Fire mod implemented with the changes I made.

///Reworked Guns Mod

This mod is combined with the Pistol Burst-Fire mod created by Kamikazi Fred.

Essentially it's an interesting rework of most of the weapons in the game.

The guns aren't necessarily world destroying, but I would play on hard for more of a legitimate
challenge if that's what you're looking for.




///Changes include everything except the BFG and Chainsaw:


//Pistol - 3-shot burst, max 264, 24 round magazine, damage set to 22, no gib


//Shotgun - Holds 12 rounds, max 132, fires faster, more projectiles, less visual recoil, plus slightly increased accuracy/damage, no gib.


//Machine Gun - Holds 90, max 990, fires much faster, slightly more damage, no gib.


//Chaingun - Holds 300, Max 3300, fires incredibly fast, less visual recoil (so you can watch the counter go down)


//Grenades - Flies faster, explodes quicker, less bounce, less splash, more damage.


//Plasma Gun - Holds 100, max 500, firerate increased, faster bullets, bullets are smaller and weigh less (so enemies don't bounce around), less accuracy.


//Rocket launcher - Holds 3, Max 33, More damage, and firing rate increased as much as possible without speeding up the animation.


//Flashlight - Increased Knockback

//Also - You walk a tiny bit faster


Install: Drop the folder into your Doom 3 Directory
Load it by selecting mods on the main menu and clicking "Reworked Weapons 1.0"

Uninstall: Delete the folder.
