DOOM Reborn (Alpha 1) - File Description  


Description:
Doom Reborn alpha 1 has been released to the public! The maps included in this release are Doom 1 E1M1 and Doom 2 Map01, but keep in mind that all content in this alpha e.g. maps, gameplay, etc is neither final nor finished.

Known bugs:
------------------

- Switch in Map01 for lift does not does not revert to off.
- Imp behind fence beside Map01 exit does not attack you.
- Health bonus pickup message not displayed.
- Bottom of clip model not correct texture and transparent.
- Cursor on secret doors flashes and small size. (A use function will be added in future versions)

Note: We hope to fix all these bugs in the next release of Doom Reborn. If you find new bugs please report them to the bug report section in the offical Doom Reborn Forums at http://doomreborn.d3files.com/forum/. We hope you enjoy playing DR as much as we have enjoyed making it for and hope you'll play our future releases too.

Overview:

Doom Reborn alpha 1 has been release to public as a preview because we have a lot of other
maps that we have completed but have not been finalized to a quality that we feel is ok for
the public.

Help:

- Creating a shortcut to Doom Reborn:

If you want to create a shortcut to Doom Reborn use the following commands in a normal
Doom 3 shortcut C:\Program Files\Doom 3\DOOM3.exe' +set fs_game doomreborn
If you need any more help with anything please ask in the Doom Reborn forums.
