Kickass weapons und gore galore for DooM 3
Main features:
==============
-Chaingun modded to behave and sound like Ol' Painkiller.
Good chaingun, GOOD CHAINGUN!
-Shotgun modded to resemble the one in DooM 1 & 2
-No more gibbing peasants with your Fist of Fear,
Mighty Flashlight of Spikes, etc..
-Modded the firing rate of (almost) all projectile-based weapons.
Ammo damage, Max_Ammo, clip size, and ammo packs edited to
maintain the original balance.
-Merged with Ultra-Extreme-Quality-MOD (U-E-Q-MOD),

Thanks dude your mod is great!
-Added a flash for the chaingun bullets when hitting a surface
-Same for the Plasmagun's plasma balls.
-Shotgun now fires 12 gauge 00 buckshot rounds. 9 pellet each, with
reduced spread.
-Flesh bullet holes cleared and reduced
-Wall impact holes vary in size for each bullet-based gun.

Installation:
a) Copy the included T's_DoomeR_v0.3.pk4 (and T's_ATI_patch.pk4 if you have an ATI card) to your
Doom3/base folder. If it doesn't work as advertised, chances are some other mod is conflicting with
it. Remove all the other mods to see if it works, then add them again, one by one, to see which
one is causing the problem.
b) Open tweak.txt and follow the instructions.

-New cockup sound. It's really the DooM 3 one, compressed.
-No gibs. I don't think total evaporation is the right stile for this gun. I pretend
to re-enable them as soon as I figure out how to add standard chunky gibs.

Predator's Painkiller mod.
-New firing rate. Was 8 depressing rps, now is an exhilarating 20 rps. Now you can do the trick
of carpeting in bullets and smoke someone stalking you from an upper position, à la Predator.
-Brand new sounds! Ripped from the Predator DVD. Windup, motor loop, windown sounds
are straight from The Painkiller. Firing sound is not, tough. But you'll like it.
-New recoil animation. Now it kicks backwards instead of upwards.
-Upped the bullet's speed from 2000 somethings to the 7200 somethings used by all the other guns.
-Faster windup animation, slower windown -it also matches exactly with the new sound.
-No gibs. See Shotgun.
-Chaingun bullets now flash when when hitting a surface.

Plasma Gun
Uh, generic Phaser mod
-10 rps
-It gibs. The disintegration effect is perfect for this gun.

-The plasma ball now lights up an entire room. No other changes.
To do:
-Persistent Chunky Gibs.
-Persistent bloodsplats, wall hits, other decals.
-Ultra bright flash on BFG hit.
-Finetune the sound of the chaingun.
-Aliens' Pulse Rifle sound for the machinegun.
-Resize the figures in the ammo counter of the chaingun, so they
fit in the display.
-Flashlight in some of the weapons, without modding -and disabling-
the firing flash.
-Remove gibs for the demons. They still burn out when killed.

i like, i like.. for the next version, could you make the bullet holes last a little longer? i like to shoot the bodies and put them up for decoration, but i cant make the bullet holes go in without losing one eventually..
Wall bullethole decals are time-limited, but flesh bulletholes are persistent, save for they're limited in number. There can't be more than 10-12 decals simultaneously in each corpse. I can try to make them 20-25 decals, but I'd rather prefer to make the bloodsplats persistent, and limited too to 4-6 for each body.
I don't know yet how to. I expect I'll have to wait for the sdk.

i liked the original bullet wound decals better, not for their size but because they got blood on areas around the hole too. When you shot someone in the face they were pretty much unrecognizable after, now it just makes a little red hole. Now if you could make a small hole for the entrance wound and a big one for the exit wound, that would be pretty f***ing cool...
Other than that, awesome job. Love the new sounds, maybe you could replace the default shotgun and machine gun sounds next time.
I have yet to find a mod that is what I'm looking for. And this is another dissapointment for me.
The pistol is too slow. The shotgun doesn't resemble the D1 and D2 shotgun in any way except it has a new pump noise (whoopdy doo!). Also, the ammo display on the weapons is very sloppy...mostly because some numbers overlap other numbers (i.e. The Chaingun!)
The only good thing I can really say about this mod is that I liked the sounds and rate of fire of the chaingun...otherwise...it needs work.
