E2M4 -Deimos Lab (v1.0) - File Description  


Description:
E2M4 -Deimos Lab is just what you want, if you're after an excellent singleplayer map to spice up your copy of the Doom III expansion: Resurrection of Evil! This is a remake of the original DooM map episode 2 level 4, and it“s for all of you Doom³ RoE fanatics! Everything included in this map is made by the developer, TBB, except for the music, which is free for the downloading, and has no copyright attached. (See the link below)

TBB has made a number of edits to some of the assets contained in this download, such as:
  • Some monster
  • Weapon defs
  • Player stats
  • Secrets in the level
  • New music
  • New graphics

    With the new graphics, and all of the other features of this map, you are sure to have one helluva time in the Doom universe, there is some wicked good action just waiting to happen. If you think you have what it takes to reign supreme in E2M4 -Deimos Lab, then there is only one question to ask...have you clicked on download yet??

    Important Developer note:
    In order to play you must start the game with the e2m4.bat!

    requirements:
    --------------------------
    -full version of DooM3 and the latest patch 1.31
    -expansion pack "Resurrection Of Evil"



    installation instructions:
    --------------------------
    -copy the folder included in e2m4v1.0.zip to your DooM3 directory

    *************************************************************
    *in order to play you must start the game with the e2m4.bat!*
    *************************************************************
    Start a "new game" and select a difficulty setting (it won't work anyway, haha!).
    This is a single player level! New Music and new graphics!
    There are also secrets in the level (try and find all of them!).
    The level is based on the original DooM episode 2 level 4.
    Editors used are DoomEdit, Notepad, Gimp and D1 to D3.
    Weapons and monsters are fit to DooM standards,
    also changed player stats. You can run faster (you'll need it)!


    Known Bugs :
    --------------------------
    -difficulty setting won't work.
    -sometimes you can´t move over stairs and similar stuff, just load a saved game and it worx again.
