Description:

We have a treat for all of you Single Player map lovers out there! this submission, from Cayle George, is a fun way to spend some time with your bestest friend, the computer! Athough this map started out as a design test, we can be thankful that the developer had decided to release it so that the Doom III community can enjoy it!

Maginot Line Bunker is a resurrection of the World War 2 era Maginot Line bunkers created by the French in defense of the Axis forces; With the exception of the Great Wall of China, the Maginot Line was the greatest system of permanent fortification ever built, and probably the last. In spite of this, it has remained relatively unknown as far as its technical construction and history are concerned. What is known about it is its unenviable reputation for being the greatest White Elephant of all times.

This is a fun SP map for all to enjoy!

Not sure if I missed something here but the whole map is a short corridor with 3 AI?

That's right, map design is amazing and the atmosphere rocks.
Too bad there's actually not much to do in the map, but I guess it is more like a demo or something.
I'd love to see a new version of this map but fully playable (bigger and full of monsters) big grin

I was expecting something cool, when the description was talking about some WWll Bunker, but sadly it was just few small hallways, but it was still pretty cool.

Not to kinda criticise your description on this one, but the Maginot Line was a line of fortifications built by the French after WW1 to try and prevent the Germans from ever crossing the border and invading France again, so i wasn't built by Axis forces.

Nice map, superb detail, but rather short smile
