Description: Always looking to improve your Doom3 gaming experience, Dafama2K7 has returned with an updated version of the MaxGfx modification. Based on the Maximum Graphics mod by Sinot, this download will maximize your Doom3 gaming experience and tweak out the graphics! For those of you that have not heard of or tried this modification before, Sinot has looked for a long time for a modification that would provide the best visuals/sound/gameplay for this game, after a fruitless search, he decided to create on himself! He states that he has tested nearly all of the D3 mods released at the time and picked the best to create the ultimate Doom3 modification ever. You can see the list of mods in the readme.
Some of the original features include:
- The Weapons have the best textures you've ever seen
- All Weapons have got Real Metal FX Effect. (Incredible)
- The plasmaball morphs the world around on impact
- Metal and bottom reflects the Lights

Description: i was lookig a long time for a modification which contains the best visual,sound,gameplay effects for the game, but i didn't find it! so i decided to make it by myself. i've tested nearly every mod which was published and took the best in my opinion together. This is the result of it.

I haven't took everything of the skins, particles, scripts etc. in the mods. Sometimes i just used maybe one skin or something.

Some of it's new features...:
v1.2 update by DFM.
-Balanced weapons damages for player and some ZSecs.

-Added new muzzleflash effect for all weapons F.E.A.R. alike !
-All flashlight mounted weapons can be toggled ON/OFF with the weapon_flashlight reload key.
-Way better shaders up to date for both NVidia & ATI gfx cards (selectable pressing the KeyPad / key -KP_SLASH- that makes toggling the r_testARBProgram cvar to control the shaders) !
-Added better fx & particles.
-All teleport spawn effects breakes the glasses and kicks the objects !
-Fixed weapons scripts.
-Added better A.I. for monsters and zombies.
-Also this mod uses Bloom .dll library so it will need to be used from D3 v1.3.0 patch, not v1.3.1, so it will continue to be compatible for v1.3.0 patch like always, ok.
-Needs D3 patched to v1.3.0, NOT v1.3.1, to use it with patch v1.3.1 remove the gamex86.dll from the mod folder and in all the .pk4 files on that mod folder.

=====Installation!=====
Copy the files into the Doom 3 directory and start the game over the shortcut.
Dont forget to set the Doom 3 path and ultra quality after you started 3mood.
The mod will automatically loaded what you'll see at the hellkngiht loading screen. And then enjoy Doom 3 in an neverseen graphic and sound atmosphere.

I've done a little bit by myself. i have tweaked some weapon modifications and tested it and i made some weaponlights (not something where yousay wow on the first look, it should be playeable for long time). I think now i have the best options, not much glow effects which bring downs the fps. All the others changes and modifications are made by others.

Could you please tell me how to switch on the flashlight?
According to the config files, it should be the "f" key (_impulse40), right? But it is not working (no response after pressing f)
About switching on/off the weapons' flashlights:
Maybe a bind should be setup by default (you know,,bind f toggle LightsOnOff or sth like that)
After manually toggling that cvar in console, i have to switch weapon to make it effective.
And 1000 thanks for all your efforts in making Doom 3 a better game!

All weapons are changed to on/off when you select the weapon_flashlight and press the reload key to switch on/off the light, when the flashlight are on the weapons mounted light are off and the inverse.
Also i have made a new A.I. for Demons and Zombies that makes them goes after everyone, not only player, but any npcs that they found that are team "0" (humans) and go after it to kill them !!! 
haha...i noticed that change in AI when i spawn a npc marine in the midst of 50 monsters...
The new version attacks FIRST any npc that is NOT TEAM 1 and is most closer to the demon or zombies than the player, so in maps like AlphaLabs 2 or Enpro, you have to try to keep the Scientist character or the Sentry robot alive while trying to keep yourself alive, really, it is a more aggresive A.I, unpublished at the moment...

Question, how come u get your files up and running.
how long did you W8 for the files to appere?
Tell me, what is what you want to know, is about MaxGfx or is about how to upload any mod to d3files for example ?
I use http://www.rapidshare.com to upload small files, http://www.sendspace.com for medium (up to 300Mb.) files and http://www.megaupload.com for bigger (up to 500Mb.) files.
You can send the links to team@d3files.com or hfx_rebel@filefront.com (the admin.), and he should post it on d3files between one or two weeks, depending on the amount of work he has and the size of the file.

I try for earlier then that, however it boils down to how much time I have, and availability of files...what I mean by this, is if a file is uploaded using one of the (totally exceptable) sites named above, and I download it to test it and get it uploaded here, then that means I can't download anything else from that site for anywheres from 45 minutes to an hour and a half; Now take into account that I personally admin 5 sites here...this means it may be a few days before I can get a file downloaded.
I do try to do the best I can, and am most times up until 1-130 am downloading files to test the next day...
Another place to host your file is FileFront.com, a user has unlimited downloads, just don't forget to copy the link and supply it in your email.
Files sent in through the team e-mail (generally smaller in size, less then 10 megs-or thereabouts) are no problem to get.
And will include NEW Parallax shaders and other small enhancements.
this doom site is the only one with an admin (hfx_rebel)
thats not suffering from a god complex, noone mentioned noone forgotten 
Dafama is deffinately one of the best modders that has come to D3files and submitted mods. Congrats on this one!
