Description:
Dafama2K7 has been a busy boy lately...aside from doing the essential things, like breathing, blowing bubbles and matching up his socks, he has putting in some serious time and effort to produce some quality content for you, the Doom III gamer! New Shaders Pack is a small collection of the more popular Graphical Tweak mods that Dafama2K7 has updated in the past, and , yes, these to have been updated to their latest respective versions!
Be prepared to be blown away as you download this file...just check out what's included:
- NG Shaders
- Considered to be Dafama's standard shader; If you're in the market for some serious looking graphics, then this download is for you, which will bring some new eye candy to your Doom III gaming experience!
- Enhanced Shaders
- This is the staple Shader that Dafa uses in his 'Alpha Mods'; This mod is for anyone that enjoys Doom III, but want a little more out of the experience!
- Brilliant Highlights
- This surely is the best Shader never made; This is a must have for every Doom III gamer that is interested in enhancing the already amazing graphics and details found in this game.
- Parallax Shaders
- If you have the power go for it! This mod tweaks the Doom3's graphics engine by applying parallax mapping to all textures; It incorporates an improved central shader and all other textures benefit from the Simulated Parallax Mapping design.

NEW_Shaders_Pack_D3_Q4_Prey v1.0
This are the latest versions for some of the most popular shaders out there. If you want Doom 3, Quake 4 and Prey to look the best, then check this package divided in three sections, just go the one you are interested in and drag & drop the folder mod to the game you may want to use the shaders on...
This package is composed of...:
NG shaders - I use and consider this as my standard shaders.
Enhanced shaders - This shaders serves me well on ALPHA mods alike.
Brilliant Highlights mod shaders - This surely are the best shaders never made.
Parallax shaders - If you have the power go for it, in next package will be included the latest Relief that are even more 3D, but at this moment, try this Unreal Engine 3 alike shaders.

Of course, thanks to the original authors of this mods, i have only tweaked and update it them to be incredible !
Final Note !...: Concerning ETQW game, i have only tested the demo 2 and the tweaked shaders are based on them, so try it, but make backups first, and i can only certify that it enhances the shaders of the ETQW demo 2 and demo 1, although the mod is based on the latest demo 2, anyway, the retail game may have newer shaders with even better features, i don't know, because at this moment i don't have the full game, but i will buy it shortly, of course, this and the RTCW 2 also both based on the latest D3 engine, always awesome !!!
Last hour info !...: I have fixed a too metallic look on BHmod NG on D3 and Prey version of the mod, specially and updated the Q4 version at the same time, this last does not need to be removed the metallic effect too much, it is well balanced as it is. Also i have updated the Q4 and Prey versions of the latest Enhanced shaders, that i was packed in some older versions, now all versions including D3 versions of Enhanced shaders are fully updated. :) | |

Anyway, i am working on a new much better and natural/reallistic version of the new shaders package for D3, Q4, ETQW and Prey.  |

Posts: 5 | Do I need the Alpha Feel mods or the Extreme Shaders or any of your other mods if I download this mod? It's kind of bewildering how many mods you have, so I'm unsure as to what is needed to achieve the best-looking DOOM 3. |

Posts: 5 | Another thing you might add is the shotgun model used in the alpha. I still consider it to be better than the shotgun model in the final game. I attempted to do this myself at one point, but the alpha model uses MD5 mesh/animation version 6, and the final game uses version 10. |

I have to say though that i have made awesome updates to Parallax and Relief shhaders, they are not of this world, i know all people will like, i am 10000% sure ! |
