Description:

This mod takes "the very best" from other flashlight mods, and adds it all up to make one.
The mod makes various changes to the flashlight and the flashilights that are glued to the weapons.

If you don't like these points ither:
1 I could not handle the tunnel vision I encountered when in a room totally in the dark.
2 Then I did not like when in a room that’s lit up I still saw the light from the gun
3 By having a light on all the guns, I found no reason to use the flashlight.
4 The flashlight never looked real enough for me.

	Readme File: Re-authored Lights By AlyBoTz botz101@verizon.net - Version 1.0------------------------------------------------- Varilight-v1.1 --- kept only laser for hand gun and brightened the red glow Stupid Gunlights 1.0 --- - Kept the lights from all the guns except for hand gun. - Dulled the center of glow a little (to reduce the tunnel effect and so when you walk in a lighted room you get the appearance that the gun light auto shuts down). - These guns have there own type of light, you still have a reason to use a flashlight. sieben_s_large_radius_flashlight-- - got rid of the square corner of the light that is emitted. - also added a realistic look to the light. I analyzed my real maglight and recreated the same glow effect with a rainbow glair effect in the doom flashlight. - ABOUT --------------------------------------------------- I took the best of all worlds and combined them for this mod. 1 I could not handle the tunnel vision I encountered when in a room totally in the dark. 2 Then I did not like when in a room that’s lit up I still saw the light from the gun 3 By having a light on all the guns, I found no reason to use the flashlight. 4 The flashlight never looked real enough for me. So I took the complaints above and corrected them. Now I can’t play Doom 3 without this mod. - INSTALLATION -------------------------------------------- Unpack, copy the pak005.pk4 to your /base directory, and run Doom3. - REVISION HISTORY ---------------------------------------- - PERMISSIONS ---------------------------------------------- This mod may be freely integrated with other mods. I hope nobody minds that I used their code. The mods are great but I like a little from each.

looks and sounds good, only problem is that with the flashlight now, its a very sharp transistion from lit to dark, the other flashlight was a little more realistic in the light, but this is 22nd century right? youd think they had have a better flashlight? not to mention things like caseless rounds, etc. also in future versions, i wonder if its possible to make a which guns do you want flashlight option on? because id really like to only have plasma gun radar, flashlight would make it kinda unballanced

can u make the flashlight ducted to the rocket launcher??
