TOFMines (v1.01) - File Description  


Description:
This map is an indoor MP Deathmatch, Team DM, LMS map.

It´s quiet bright in most places, only few darker areas. There are narrow corridors and more open places, mostly caves, to keep the balance between open fights and getaway - chasing battles. There are at least three ways out of most rooms.

The heart of the map - at least in the test games - is the container area. If you need to frag someone, go there.

The pk4 contains two versions of the map, a bigger one for 6+ players and a smaller one for less players.

TOFd3dm01 - The abandoned mines - Tom On Fire

The mines were built to look like they were built and then even-
tually left by it´s inhabitants after digging too deep...

It has several sections needed to actually live there, well, i
think i forgot the sleeping rooms and the kitchen :|

TOFd3dm02 - The mining venture - Tom On Fire
================================================================

This Map is the smaller version of "The abandoned mines".

As "The abandoned mines" is a big map, which can be frustrating
to play with a small number of players. The underground cave and
the stairway that juncts it to the arena has been deleted. So now
it´s more compact and more fun to play with less players.

Installation:
================================================================

Place this pk4 in your base folder of the Doom3 directory
and start a multiplayer server or join one, which runs this
map, then vote for the map.

All known bugs have been removed, exept some weird behaviour
of script events and trigger controlled events, mostly appearing
when using the map in EMZ - Mod.
