UBAR SHOTI - File Description

Description:
When you're in in a fire-fight with some nasty RoE baddies, and, from a fair distance, you're popping them off while staining the walls and floors with what you can only assume is their entrails, when you notice that, due to their numbers, they are getting closer...As the only weapon you have that is with ample ammo is the shotgun, you're last thought before being overrun is that of having two shotguns may have saved your bacon!

If this, or anything close to it has ever happened to you, then UBAR SHOTI is something that you definitely want to download! Slade EXE has dusted off the cobwebs and has devised a solution for this kind of predicament, and this is the result of his work. Once you have installed this Mod, you'll notice a new, mean looking weapon in your hands...your double-barrel shotgun will act like an over-and-under double-barrel shotgun; In short, this Mod will allow you to fire twice before needing to reload! Effectively doubling your damage potential!

The fact that you can fire four shots before needing to reload is sweet enough, but it is not all that UBAR SHOTI gives you...you will also get a sharp new black leather grip skin to go with your new deadly weapon; If you think that is all, you're wrong...this Mod also comes with a new sounds! If this sounds good to you, then start your download now...

This is Slade-exe with the ubar_shoti mod

I'v decided after what seemed like forever since I uploaded anything, I created the ubar_shoti!

What it does is make the double barrel shotgun fire twice before reloading. And to top it off, black lethergrip skin and NEW SOUNDS!!111//

Installation:

Open up the zip file and drag the Pk4 into your Doom 3 RoE folder.

Requierments:

Resurrection of Evil

The Rights:

-You are allowed to modify this mod but if you want to make it public, send it to me.
-Permision is needed if you add this to a mod of your own.

Can you make the D3 base version of this mod ?

The file shoti.sndshd in the sound folder has a bug, in the bottom of that files it lakes a } to end the ssg_raise sound function !!!

It works for both D3 base and RoE base but you need a hud GUI that includes the Double barrel shotgun and sorry for the bug

ok,
i will fix the problem with the sndshd and include the player.def. But I need a hud gui that has the dbl shotgun thats in slot3

nice of you to thank me, altho i cant take all
the credit for this, anyhow it always bugged me that
it fired BOTH barrels at same time, obviously it should
fire one at a time, and now it does (altho FOUR
rounds is overkill lol wink ) big grin This coupled with my
semiauto shotgun (i removed the ***** action)
is almost all i use ingame these days muhaha ^^

actualy it fires 2 rounds, Hfx-Rebel thought it was.

Yes, I <3 bacon, and indeed, it does need saving from time to time.
