Description:
doom3 sidescroller is a mod that allows you to play doom3 as a sidescroller
the gameplay is very similar to games like alienshooter,meaning you are using
the wasd keys in order to navigate youre player threw the map and the mouse
to aim and shoot.If a gui is in youre focus the game will switch to first
person view.

doom3 sidescroller is a mod that allows you to play doom3 as a sidescroller
the gameplay is very similar to games like alienshooter,meaning you are using
the wasd keys in order to navigate youre player threw the map and the mouse
to aim and shoot.If a gui is in youre focus the game will switch to first
person view.

to install the mod place the pk4 file in the doom3/base folder
or doom3/<new folder> if you create a new folder you&apos;ll need to
run doom3 and select it from the mod-menue - or create a shortcut
with doom3.exe +set fs_game &apos;modname&apos;

you can include this in youre mod too but please give credit.

Posts: 305 		Looks more like a "top-down" arcade game than a side-scroller. Side-scrollers tend to go... well, from the side. This mod has a view from the top looking down. Two very different things.

Posts: 48 		Very easy to do, just 2-3 console commands plus its not a sidescroller and evan if you perfected all those things which you havnt, it will still wont be good cause doom 3 will suck as a side scroller and the controls will be impossibly hard to walk around and shoot like a solid game, 2/10
