  DooM II for DooM 3 Media Update - SP Mods

Lemming sent me two screenies of power-ups to be included into the mod: the first one is called Megasphere (effect unknown), the second -- funny-looking smile the Invul (to give invulnerability?). Good to see that everything goes well for your mod wink

Posts: 17 		The effects are exactly as they happen in DooM II smile The Supercharge (blue face orb) gives you +100 health, the Megasphere (bronwy/orange faced orb) gives you +200 health and +200 amrour and the Invulnerability (green evil orb) makes you invulnerable for a short time Rock

Posts: 190 		I'm far less interested in the new powerups than I am with the armor, head, and ammo box floating around at the bottom of the screen.

Perhaps a new HUD is on the way as well?

*prays* Please please PLEASE don't be the original DooM HUD tacked on Doom3 with lwo models in place of the old icons.

Posts: 31 		Well the hud was supposed to be a secret, i think. Thats an early version of it, to test the 3D models out in the hud. No its not going to bethe Doom II hud with 3d models. It will feature the same layout as the doom 2, but will look a tad more modern.

It will also display the keys that you have picked up in a level, i've seen that request in a couple forums. As well there are a couple of enhancements.
